Important – If you have a basement plumbing tie-in:
For us to service your system, you must CLOSE THE OUTSIDE BALL VALVE prior to your service appointment.
Here’s what to look for and how to close your valve:
After closing the outside valves (located outside of your house) as shown in above photograph, turn on inside water supply in basement, slowly. You should hear the sound of water running briefly & then stop. If water continues to run, check ball valves outside to be sure they are properly closed.
Step Two
Backflow Device – If applicable, leave your detachable backflow device at your front door so the technician can re-install it.
